All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided. If you require a different carrier, please email email@example.com and rate will be individually assessed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the craftsmanship of your item, please let Windy Raven know within 14 days from the delivery of the products and we can make a plan to fix the problem, get you a replacement or exchange.
