All orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided. If you require a different carrier, please email and rate will be individually assessed. 

We will send you an order confirmation email, please review this and verify that the shipping information is correct. 


If you are unhappy with the craftsmanship of your item, please let Windy Raven know within 14 days from the delivery of the products and we can make a plan to fix the problem, get you a replacement or exchange.

Items, if returned, may not be modified in any way.
