Leather Goods Guarantee
Each Leather good is made by hand for you, and because of this, each item is unique. If you are unhappy with the craftsmanship of your purchase, please let Windy Raven know within 14 days from the delivery of the products and we can make a plan to fix the problem, get you a replacement or exchange.
•Please note: Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, however, if there is a defect in craftsmanship the item will be repaired or replaced for free if you notify Windy Raven within 14 days from the delivery.
Most items are made with full grain, vegetable tanned leather. Leather is a natural product and therefore each item has individual grain characteristics and can have natural blemishes. These are not defects.
Natural leather absorbs dyes and oils at different rates, so subtle color variations are normal and add to the character of each piece. Over time oils from your skin will add even more patina to your wallet.
Leather Repair Policy
If with normal wear and tear your leather good needs to be repaired, please contact Windy Raven (with pictures) and a repair estimate can be created. Please note, any stones (inset or hung) that are damaged, are not repairable or covered with a warranty.
If the leather is damaged from not being regularly oil/conditioned, this will void the warranty.
Leather Order Cancelations
If you have committed to a custom order, cancelation of orders are subject to a service fee. If you need to cancel an order, please let Windy Raven know as soon as possible. If Windy Raven is notified before shipment, no fee will be assessed for cancelation.
